Most people I know have a Smart Phone. You make this game work on the Smart Phone such as Android devices. So "1" is largely bypassed by this. In addition you can easily install multiple computers, or even virtual machines, and run them at the same time to work multiple accounts in conjunction with each other. Not allowing us to run two clients at once is just an easily bypassed headache that you allow the people with access to more hardware devices over those without. By allowing us to run multiple clients, you potentially put everyone on the same playing field.
So until something is changed this is the way I will play unless SI Cleary states they will ban you for breaking this, and then obviously I will stop. But considering that shared Account's have been against the tos for quite some time and SI did nothing about it in the past few test when anyone with half a brain could look at the leaderboards alone and identify those accounts, I'm not going to worry about anything.
Shared Account's are what led to the whole learning point fiasco to begin with, but instead of it fixing the issue and banning the shared Albion Online Silver Account's it just shifted it to a different problem which is now multiple accounts.
Multiboxing is always a difficult topic and I'll come right out and say that I have bought two accounts because there was no rule against multiboxing. @Korn if you outlaw multiboxing are you willing to give me a refund on my second account? Are you willing to refund everyone who bought a second account with this intent in mind? With "3" you are saying I'm unable to do what I intended to do, control two accounts at once for my benefit. Whether that benefit is access to more character slots, access to more LP for specialization or access for storage mules and personal islands what do you care how many characters I control at once?
